Mr. Satish Sharma is a Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University and have cleared state level IAS exam. Further he has work experience of 30 years and is associate with the Company for more than 20 years.

Mr. Dilip Kumar Pandey

Mr. Dilip Kumar Pandey is a commerce graduate and CA (Inter). He is practicing as a Consultant, since 2006 in matters pertaining to finance, taxation, accounting, compliances, investments, business strategy, portfolio management and capital markets. He has work experience in the field of accounting, compliances, capital markets and finance etc.

Ms. Meena Panchal

Ms. Meena Panchal is a commerce graduate and a practicing consultant since 2005. Over the years she has specialized in the matters pertaining to accounting, statutory compliances, direct and indirect taxation etc.

Mr. Sanjay Sharma

Mr. Sanjay Sharma is a commerce graduate and post graduate in MBA from Finance. He has 31 years of experience in field of Finance and Accounts. Presently he is designated as Vice President of the Company.

Mr. Jitendra Parihar

Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Mr. Jitendra Parihar is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI). He has 9 years of experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Secretarial Audit, Drafting, Due Diligence, Fund raising, Issue of Securities, Entity Conversions, Incorporation, Strike off etc. He looks independently after the Secretarial and Compliance matters of the Company.
